Power-lifting and Body-Building:
- A symbol of robustness, strength and potency, this event witnesses the peak of fitness level among students.
- Like an icing on cake, the event adds glamour to the fest drawing spectators in good number.
Rules:-
1. Power lifting consists of three exercises:
(i). Squat (ii).Bench Press (iii).DeadLift.
2. Participants will get three attempts to do as much weight as they can in each of the above mentioned exercises.
3. The winner of a weight class is the one who has the highest three lift total.
Note: - Participants will be divided into various weight classes on the basis of their body weight.
