Rules:

1) Last date of registration through e-mail or post is the 5th of February, 2010. Please confirm your participation by this date. Kindly do so by e-mail, and subsequently mail the signed Registration Form.

2) The team must bring a letter of authorization signed by the Head of the Institute OR Dean Students Affairs, mentioning names of the participants. Only technical students enrolled in B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch will be considered as participants of the said tournament.

3) MST 10 ID Cards templates have been sent along with the invitation letter. Duly get the required number of copies of the template, affix each member?s recent photograph and fill in the necessary details. Please oblige, as this would save us time during the registration process. (ID Card Templates are also available on the official MST '10 webpage on the MNIT portal)

4) Every member of the contingent must bring his/her College ID card along with the MST 10 ID card attached with a recent passport size photograph. An extra copy of photo is also recommended to be brought along. Failing these, he/she, will not be allowed to take part in the tournament.

5) The registration fee is Rs 800/- per head (For boarding and food expenses). In addition, a security deposit of Rs 100 per person, refundable at the time of departure will also be levied.

6) A Maximum of two managers or coaches will be allowed to accompany their respective teams.

7) All teams are required to bring their own kits/accessories.

8) Each contingent should have a group leader (Student Leader/Captain) in-charge.
